Houston...We Have Lift Off

Men's Open Finalists--Jack Huczek and Rocky Carson.

Once again the country's best racquetball players will head to the Downtown YMCA, May 23-28 2007, in Houston, TX to compete in the 2007 Ektelon 40th USAR National Singles Raquetball Championships presented by Penn Racquet Sports. In addition, semi-finalists in the Men's and Women's National Team Qualifier Divisions earn one year appointments to the U.S. National Team. Last year in the finals of the Men's Open division, Rocky Carson defeated Jack Huczek in a thrilling tie-breaker, 15-10, 13-15, 11-3. The Women's Open final ended with Rhonda Rajsich defeating Cheryl Gudinas, 15-5, 15-8. Finalists from both men's and women's will be returning to compete again at this years event.
